Description: Predatory mite Neoseiulus californicus
Best Used: as a preventative in optimal environmental conditions (greenhouses). Feeds on the two spotted spider mite, fruit spider mite, citrus red mite, begonia mite, cyclamen mite, and broad mite.
Works By: breeder sachet slowly releasing californicus over a few weeks time. The adults, nymphs, and larvae will actively search for their prey and consume them. Do not open sachets upon arrival, as they already come with a pin sized hole for the predatory mites to walk out of.
Suggested Application Rate: 2.5-1/m2 if plants touch or 1/plant if plants do not touch. This will also depend on pest pressure and crop type.
Packaging: Each sachet contains 100 predatory mites and supplemental food mixed with bran.
